Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping
Offered in person or by video teleconferencing.
Price $150 per hour $210 for 90 mins, can also combine EFT with counselling.
What to expect from EFT
EFT uses standardized tapping procedure which stimulates specific meridian endpoints on the face and body which can unblock and eliminate emotional issues at their source.
The release then allows the body and mind to perform their natural healing abilities. EFT is a safe, user-friendly and completely non-invasive way to process emotion. The results can have one feeling a sense of emotional relief, clarity of choice and a newly found freedom to move forward in life.
Supervision
I provide one on one and group supervision for candidates of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). Please contact for price.
What to expect from supervision
Professional one on one supervision to support CPCA candidates in reaching the requirements to become a qualified RPC with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, and group supervision to support CPCA members to meet their membership requirements
Coaching
Life coaching focuses on empowering individuals to set goals to improve specific areas of their life such as health, career or relationships. Coaching is results orientated and focuses on the present. The coach and client are partners in the process with the coach holding the client accountable to meet their goals. Blocks and obstacles may surface during the process, these could be limiting or outdated belief systems, unhelpful behaviours, or negative thought patterns.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellation/ no show Sometimes life happens, and it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For cancellations outside of 24 hours there will be no charge. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice there will be a charge of 50% of the session ($75) unless it has been agreed that the cancellation was unavoidable. If a client does not show up for a booked session and there is no valid reason for the missed appointment, the full cost of the session will be charged.
